1. What is included in the private Komodo tour package?

The private Komodo tour package typically includes a Phinisi or semi-Pinisi boat, transportation for pick-up and drop-off (from hotels, airports, and ports), a tour guide, meals, and activities as per the predetermined itinerary.

2. How can I book a tour package?

You can book a tour package by contacting us through email (slower response) or WhatsApp (faster response) using the contact details provided on our website.

3. How do I make a trip package payment?

After you receive the trip package deposit payment message from us. You can make payments via our official bank account:

  • Bank: BANK BNI (PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk.)

We also accept payments via the Wise and PayPal application.

Transactions that occur outside our official bank account are not our responsibility. Please include proof of payment to speed up the verification process.

A private tour is an exclusive tour for your group, while an open trip is available for individuals or small groups who wish to join with other participants.

5. Is food included in the tour package?

Yes, meals are included in the tour package. Typically, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided as per the itinerary.

6. Are there any additional fees to be paid on-site?
Most costs are already included in the package, but the Komodo National Park entrance fee must be paid separately by participants.

  • IDR 375,000 per person (on public holidays)

International Guest
  • IDR 450,000 per person (on weekdays)
  • IDR 750,000 per person (on public holidays)
7. Do I need to bring specific equipment for this tour?

We will provide information on what you need to bring, but typically, you should bring spare clothes, swimwear, a hat, sunscreen, a towel, sunglasses, toiletries, and any necessary medications.

8. Are there age or physical condition restrictions for this tour?

Most tours can be enjoyed by individuals in good physical condition. However, some activities may require a certain level of fitness. Please inquire for specific details.

9. How can I reach Labuan Bajo?

You can reach Labuan Bajo by plane from various cities in Indonesia. Komodo Airport is the main entry point. You can also use a ferry boat from West Nusa Tenggara (Sape) or Denpasar (Benoa).

10. Do I need a visa to visit Labuan Bajo?

It depends on your nationality. Please check visa requirements before traveling.

11. What about safety during the tour?

We prioritize the safety of our participants. Our tour guides are trained to handle emergencies and adhere to safety standards. Additionally, each visited tourist attraction within the Komodo National Park is staffed with park rangers. You are required to follow the instructions of our tour guides for your safety and comfort.

12. Can I bring children on this tour?

Yes, our tours allow for the inclusion of children, but please inform us in advance.

13. How about the weather in Komodo and Flores?

Good weather conditions for visiting Komodo and Flores typically occur during the dry season, which runs from April to December. During this period, the weather is usually stable and clear, making your journey more comfortable.
