The following terms and conditions apply to the registration of a tour product or other services provided by Komodo Wonder Tours. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions carefully before signing up. By making a reservation and payment of the deposit, you are considered to have understood and accepted the terms below.

2. Confirmation

Confirmation will be sent to you via phone, WhatsApp, or email. We aim to respond to your inquiries within 12 hours.

3. Pricing

Prices are not included in any tour package descriptions. Please email us to check the rates, and we will respond promptly. All tour prices are quoted per person in IDR or USD.

4. Payment

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 40% deposit. The balance must be paid at least 10 days before the tour begins. Payments can be made via international transfer or PayPal.

5. Cancellation Policy

We recommend reviewing our cancellation policy before placing an order:

• Up to 30 days before the tour: No cancellation fee
• 21 days before the tour: 25% of the total
• 14 days before the tour: 50% of the total
• 7 days before the tour: 75% of the total
• Cancel on arrival or no-show: 100% of the total

6. Responsibility

Komodo Wonder Tours acts solely as a travel agent. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to your belongings during the trip due to traveler negligence. Additional costs incurred due to extraordinary events such as delays, accidents, deaths, natural disasters, or political actions must be borne by the traveler.

7. Travel Insurance

To mitigate risks while traveling, we recommend that each traveler secures their own insurance, which should cover medical expenses, lost money, personal injury, personal liability, surgical and dental expenses, etc.

8. Tour Programs
